Q. How much do you charge for Home Delivery Service in Bangladesh?
A. We do charge for Home Delivery Service from “00 Tk.” to maximum “100 Tk.” Based on Product Category.
Q. Do you deliver all type of product together? (e.g.: Honey, Food, Bag, Clothing, Shoes, etc.)
A. No. We don’t deliver all types of Product together. We will pack your parcel by type (e.g.: Honey+Food; Clothing+Bag+Shoes; Fragile Item; etc.) and it will be delivered by different shipment and Delivery charges will be charged separately.
Q. What is your home delivery charging policy?
A. Whereas we do pack your parcel by product type and send it by different shipment, that’s why our delivery charges may count separately. By based on your order a flat or system-generated delivery charges may be shown. We’ll let you know your actual delivery charges when we call you over the phone to confirm your order.

Q. What is Your Payment Method?
A. We accept Cash on Delivery [COD] or you can also pay through Bank Account Transfer or bKash Payment (Only in Advance Payment).
Q. Do you Provide Home Delivery Service in my area?
A. We do deliver our Products through the Country’s Largest Home Delivery Service Provider. Currently, We Cover almost all Thana City All Over Bangladesh.
Q. I placed a wrong order. What should I do?
A. Please immediately call us at +880-1920-686-979 with your order number and let us know what’s wrong with your order.
Q. What if I received a parcel in damaged condition?
A. Though we do deliver our products by third party delivery service provider therefore we request you to Check & Re-Check your parcel in presence of Delivery Agent while receiving and capture a sharp video while checking your parcel. And if you find any fault or damage immediately call us on +880-1920-686-979 and let us know what’s wrong happened. You’re allowed to return your product if you find any fault while receiving.
Q. What if the item I ordered is Out of Stock?
A. Usually we hold our own inventory in our warehouse, so we rarely run Out of Stock. However, we’ll try our best to source what you need. If we can’t find it, you’ll get an Apology Call from us and also let you know what substitutes are available for you.
